Real Estate Photography Houston (REPHTX) was started by Houston Fashion Photographer Jay Marroquin. Recently named one of the 10 Best Fashion and Lifestyle Photographers in Houston, and one of the Best Analog Photographers in the World.

He has worked with some of the biggest names in the fashion and luxury industry including AVEDA, Chloe Dao, Christian Siriano, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Sofitel Luxury Hotels. His work has also appeared in top publications such as VOGUE, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, New York Magazine, and on networks such as ABC, CNN, Lifetime and FashionTV.

In 2014, Jay Marroquin was sought by ELLE Decor to photograph a Dallas home they would be featuring. This was the start of Real Estate Photography Houston. A rock start team was put together and since that time, an expansive list of some of the largest residential and commercial real estate clients such as airbnb, Hines, Marcel Group, Regus & Spaces have relied on Real Estate Photography Houston for their real estate photography needs. Images which have been featured in top publications such as Texas Monthly and ELLE Decor.

Real Estate Photography Houston use a process called Natural HDR and this is you want it.

• HDR is short for High Dynamic Range. It is a post-processing task of taking either one image or a series of images, combining them, and adjusting the contrast ratios to do things that are virtually impossible with a single image.
• The result is bright, medium, and dark photos, which are later combined to bring details to the shadows and highlights and bring you the best of both worlds.
• My Natural HDR vs. my competitors HDR means your photos will look more natural and realistic. They’re not overly saturated with fake colors that don’t accurately represent your listing or property. My Natural HDR look comes from my years of experience in the fashion industry, and working with publications such as ELLE Decor and Texas Monthly.

We understand the importance of high quality professional images in making a first impression for your clients in the listing / social media that truly help to attract buyers. Standard turnaround time on all packages is 48 hours. Also 24-hour turnaround time is available for those high priority projects.
